We’ll do lots of “gesture drawings” to loosen you up. I'll show you how to pick things to draw and be successful at it. You'll also learn what kind of lighting to choose. We'll handle those pesky little problems like perspective 'till you can laugh while designing shopping centers! We’ll work in charcoal and limited color, and sometimes we'll draw with brushes. We will silence that inner critic who says, “I can’t draw.” I've had students who didn't think they drew well hear from other students, "Hey, I didn't know you could draw that well." Then they are speechless. Really.
My goal is to make sure all of your drawing and painting endeavors more successful. I'll lift up your skills a whole notch or two. And in the process, we guarantee that you will laugh a lot!
